After a long stint in the Hill, it was time to switch-up the pieces…
Yet, don’t fret. I landed in Chicago. I’m back in the healthy mix, and after a heavy move and an extensive dose of nostalgia, I’m settled-in near the lakefront. the bottom line is that I’m thrilled to be back in Chicago. So, send your razzes, hoops thoughts, and other tendencies with a Midwest flair.
In the meantime, “The IronDog Chronicles” will be going live from Butch McGuire’s. So, if you’re on Division Street, drop on by, and we’ll get you started-off quick…I’m still stunned that I’m on free wi-fi at Butchie’s…Geezus, the change of this decade is great.
All that said, I’m back to the roots.
(I had to post this SI cover shot as a tribute to my all-time favorite White Sox player, Dick Allen. He arguably is one of my top five all-time favorite players, and after having a discussion about potential Hall-of-Fame candidates with a Cub fan back in January, how the hell can any discussion of admitting let’s just say other fan favorites to the Hall-of-Fame without the inclusion or comparison of Dick Allen’s stats is flat-out astounding to me…Just my local two cents.)
Back in the Mix,
